What are fine art school portraits?
Fine Art School portraits are a modern approach to school photos. I provide a simple, black background and use all natural light so that each child's personality shines in their images. The photos will be timeless and artistic, and the children will be encouraged to be themselves- I never force children to smile. Families will be proud to hang these images on their walls!
My goal is to provide a boutique and personal experience to all the families of children attending your school. Families are able to choose from a variety of images in their child's gallery- they aren't stuck pre-paying for images they don't like!

What services do you offer?
Fine Art School Portraits are offered to families in a modern way. After picture day, each family is provided with a private, password-protected online ordering gallery via my website. Each child's gallery will have 2-5 images in both color and black & white. The number of images in each child's gallery varies as some kids are more comfortable in front of the camera. The families choose only those photos they want to print or download, rather than have the image chosen for them. I offer boutique wall art for families that want something special, such as canvases and metal prints. Digital images may also be purchased. I provide purchasing instructions and photo day preparation to the school to distribute to families prior to photo day.
Prints are ordered online by the families and I hand deliver them directly to the school. There is no money or order form handling by school staff - I organize it all! The only item schools have to distribute are the passwords for each family's album, which I will print out and bring to school.
I provide all equipment needed for photo day. All I need at school is one large window that provides good natural light.
I handle all questions from families about ordering and products.
10 % of net profits will be donated to your school!
How much are prints?
Lincoln Gap Photography has competitive pricing, parents are under no obligation to buy, and nothing is due up front.
A variety of collections and a la carte items are available to fit everyone's needs and budget. Instead of the photographer choosing which pose they are allowed to buy, each family may choose from a variety of images in their gallery.

How do I book Fine Art School Portraits for my school?
Begin by filling out the information form below. I will follow up with a conversation to determine if I can fit your school's needs. I will provide you with all the details of photo day, and you will fill out a contract. Three weeks prior to your school’s photo day you will receive a Parent Information PDF to be sent to all families. When your school’s galleries are complete, I will send you a link to be sent out to all parents. Directions for how to access and order photos will be contained in that link. All questions regarding ordering will be directed to me. The school and parents may contact me anytime with questions!
